The feast from last nights cooking class with my gorgeous ladies!!! Beef chow fun noodles with the most tender and delicious chunks of steak .

Well bloody hell fire this was amazing. Pork took a lot longer than planned but our patience paid off…. Cooked it long enough so that the fat all rendered so beautifully, it was just melt in the mouth .
Managed to get the crackling so crunchy, it really was a joy to eat! And super fatty and indulgent so we just whipped up a little Asian style slaw with some fish sauce and lime juice to cut through all the naughtiness. It was so bloody tasty!!! A bit of chilli heat just to make Daniel sneeze
